We are always happy to hear from people who are facing problems with the immigration system. Even if we cannot directly help with accommodation, we may be able to offer:
- an interest-free loan for visa renewal fees or other immigration-related costs (funds are limited, but do ask)
- a referral to local support agencies, such as Voices in Exile, the Hummingbird Project, Refugee Radio, or experienced immigration lawyers
- an introduction to our friends in the Sussex Refugee and Migrant Self-Support Group, who support each other through the process of pursuing their own cases
- a referral to a hosting service or one of our own hosts
- a friendly listening ear
