Our Admin volunteers keep the charity running smoothly.

The Admin group includes Jim, David, Peter, Sue, Jacob, Derek, and Dani

Volunteering in the Admin group can involve:

  • Keeping track of our income and expenditure
  • Drafting policies
  • Checking contracts with landlords
  • Organising training for volunteers
  • Keeping our membership and trustee lists up to date
  • Reporting to the Charity Commission

If this side of things appeals to you, we would love more volunteers.

Some people in the Admin group are also members of the charity – they attend monthly meetings and help make decisions about the direction of the organisation. Let us know if you’d like to do that, and we can let you know more about what’s involved.
