When you make a donation to Thousand 4 £1000, you may give us your name and contact details. If you do, we’ll send you a one-off email to thank you for your donation, and to let you know about other ways you can support us. We will also use your information to claim Gift Aid, if you fill in our Gift Aid form.
We will not use the information for any other reason, or share it with third-parties. We will not add you to a general mailing list or send you general fundraising appeals unless you ask to be added to our mailing list.

If you sign up for Gift Aid, we will ask Donr to pass on your contact details to us, so that we can reclaim the Gift Aid. Otherwise, we won’t request your contact details from Donr.

Completing the Gift Aid form on our website
If you complete the Gift Aid form on our website, we will store your details securely so that we can claim gift aid on your donation. The data is collected and sent to us by 123 Form Builder, who will not access or use your details for any other purpose. If you book a ticket for one of our events, using Eventbrite, we will collect your name and email address, for the purpose of providing you with a ticket to the event, and communicating with you about the event.
We process this data on the basis of legitimate interest.
We may contact you once after the event, to offer you the option of being added to our mailing list. We will also offer you this option at the point of booking a ticket.
We will use your contact details to send you a monthly newsletter and occasional information about how you can help support Thousand 4 £1000.
